All classes are included with basic and enhanced gym memberships.  All classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are available to cardiac rehab patients.  Classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays are NOT available for cardiac rehab patients.

Nutrition #1: Mediterranean Diet, Portion Control, and Assessing Your Habits

Learn how to track and assess your habits, effective goal setting, portion control, and how to choose heart-healthy foods based on a Mediterranean Diet.

Nutrition #2: Preparing Foods, Dining Out, and Preparing for Challenges

Learn how to prepare for challenges by planning ahead with realistic solutions, building a support network, and discovering how to deal with setbacks.  You will also learn how to make healthy choices when preparing food at home and dining out.

Nutrition #3: Healthy Eating Tips, Overcoming Setbacks, and Celebrating Successes

Learn how to acknowledge your success and improve on your problem areas.  In this class you will learn how to overcome setbacks and develop a reward system.  You will also learn how to make healthy food choices.

Nutrition Class #4: More Healthy Eating Tips, Managing Stress, and Overcoming Plateaus

Learn stress relieving techniques to help keep you on a heart healthy path and develop a new attitude towards weight management and healthy eating.  You will learn how to manage time and stress, and how to overcome plateaus in your progress.  You will also continue learning how to make healthy food choices.

Circuit Class

Add variety to your routine while getting both strength and cardiovascular benefits. This group exercise class provides a total body workout through a series of 10 exercise stations.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Chair support is used to perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.  All fitness levels welcome.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and improve activities for daily living.  A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.  Class is modified for different fitness levels.
