Yoga
Judy Hayes is our certified yoga instructor, and she has developed a yoga program at New Heart which is easily adapted to those with any level of experience and flexibility. New Heart members are always welcome to try a complimentary class to see if it meets their own fitness needs. Judy works with each individual to adapt the yoga postures to fit his or her particular level of experience and flexibility.
